THRIVE, a community-based organization with over 1,500 members, is dedicated to fostering growth and connection among its members. Despite its success in cultivating a vibrant community, THRIVE faced challenges in leveraging its data and technology to better understand and meet member needs. By implementing innovative tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace, TeachOne empowered THRIVE leadership to capture meaningful insights on product-market fit and member price sensitivity while creating a centralized knowledge base to serve its community effectively.
Problem THRIVE struggled to build a cohesive technological strategy that supported its mission of learning about and addressing member needs. Without streamlined systems, leadership lacked the tools to analyze data efficiently, engage members, and ensure everyone could access critical resources. The fragmented technology setup hindered decision-making and limited THRIVE’s ability to evolve alongside its growing community.
Solution TeachOne designed and implemented a comprehensive technology strategy tailored to THRIVE’s unique requirements. This strategy focused on creating seamless processes for data capture, member engagement, and decision-making:
User Onboarding and Activation Flow: Streamlined processes to welcome new members and ensure they could fully engage with THRIVE’s offerings from the start.
Member Knowledge Hub: Built a centralized database for members to access over 60 archived events, connect with peers based on skills and backgrounds, add events to their calendars, and access the community Slack channel.
Member-Only Communication Channels: Integrated solutions (Slack) to secure an exclusive space for members to collaborate, share ideas, and stay informed relative to areas of interested within THRIVE.
Research and Development Processes: Introduced systems to help leadership collect and analyze insights from the community, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Results The results were transformational.
